  A trainwreck in disguise! Krispy Kreme is known for quality but this franchise never got the memo.

  Great experience this evening! Mary greeted us with a smile, was super personable, and went above and beyond to ensure our crew got exactly what we came in looking for. The original Kreme filled were sold out at the counter but she went out of her way to get some made for us. We live almost 2 hours away and try to stop at this location every time we are in the area. Experiences like this definitely make it our trips even better. Thank you!

  I've been reaching out and no one never returned my called. I've purchased 5 boxes of doughnuts from here and and they were not satisfactory at all. I normally don't complain but I spent to much money to throw away. The first time I purchased two boxes and the light was on and so after getting home I thought maybe it was missing some ingredients and there was not enough glaze. I got online and did a complaint. I also thought maybe because it was the first batch it was warming up, so I really didn't push the issue. I just made a purchase again of two boxes and a half of dozen and I had the same problem. Now that's 16.00 gone to the trash. Light was on AGAIN. They where extremely hard and no glaze. I love Krispy Kreme, so I'm aware of how fluffy and glazed they are suppose to be. I'm not satisfied and I'm unhappy. I've reached out several times for these matters and nobody is returning my emails or complaining and that's not right nor fair that I'm just giving the company my money and not satisfied with the product.   Wow probably the cleanest place in town as far as donuts goes. Let's see tried the banana cream version and it was fabulous. Wish they had some raspberry going, but totally understand, as it was getting late and probably near closing. Also tried their hot coffee cappachino, not bad. Next time I will come earlier in day to see if they have more variety. Pretty cool to know when their buzzer goes of upon completion of a batch of donuts, everybody in line gets a free regular donut. I'll be back.
